Grilly's opened in 1991 by local Mill Valey businessman Jim Revoir. He started with one location in Mill Valley and after 2 years of sucess, decided to open a second location in Fairfax, covering both ends of the country. He had a vision to create great Mexican food that was fresh, healthy and affordable. This was before the idea that fast food could also be healthy food.

Grilly's has sucessfully developed tasty, fresh dishes that both kids and adults have come to love. You can't go anywhere and mention Grilly's without someone wanting to tell you their favorite menu item.
