Veteran Grilly’s chef Jose Sosa became
manager of our Fairfax restaurant in August,
2004. Coming from a family of chefs, Jose
is known for his innovative recipes and winning
personality.
Marcial Vitzil became Jose’s assistant
at Fairfax in August. The night manager is
Alejandro Ramirez and the chef is Efren Bara.
Together, Jose, Marcial, Alejandro and Efren
are setting a new and higher standard for
fast, great tasting meals that are sure to
please. |
